"I’m a little late on this review but, I’m getting it in because for anyone out there that has vehicle damage please take your vehicle here to caliber collision to be restored! These guys are truly the best at what they do! You will never have to worry about the progress of your car because derrin informs you daily on what need to be done as well as what they have done and Dylane is quite the perfectionists when it comes to putting it back together. What may look like a hopeless heap of steel is a play ground for him! They dismantled my car after I hydroplaned and in a weeks time in which they promised to have it back to me they fulfilled. My car is looking and running great! I really appreciate you all. Your very professional and welcoming. "I was in a recent accident and not being from texas this is were I was told to go and it was a great choice, the staff was super friendly and kept me updated everyday via text on the progress of my car. After I looked at my car and saw the great work I ask the staff about another job on my car and was able to tell me about what it would cost and how long progress would take an estimated time and I will be returning for this work can't say enough great things."

"I would like to thank Caliber Collision in Nolanville for taking care of my vehicles over the last three years. Justin and his team of technicians are reliable in their repairs. They are very knowledgeable and proficient in their work. One technician I would like to elaborate on is Dylane. I was suppose to drop my vehicle off during lunch and pick it back up at the end of the day. Dylane came out and asked if I had 30 minutes he would get me in replace the part and have me out on my way back to work. He did just that. The Caliber Collision team in Nolanville are the best. "Someone decided to slam into the side of my car and needless to say I was pretty upset. I brought my car to Caliber and I couldn’t ask for better service. They walked me through everything that needed to be done with the other persons insurance including how to get them to give me a rental, kept me updated the entire time, and made sure that my car was given back to me like it was brand new. Any questions I asked they explained thoroughly and I was reassured that my car was in great hands (which it definitely was). If anything happens to my car again I will 100% go back here. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
