"Living and driving in Los Angeles, there us no doubt that one is bound to get into an accident and/or a fender bender!! In the last year, I have had my share of people hitting the back end of my car even though I was completely stopped!!! As a result, as I have had to often had me car repaired, I have tried several "Caliber Collision" locations throughout the Los Angeles área! None, bar none, have reached the level of professionalism, courtesy and customer service as the one on Laurel Canyon in North Hollywood! Although every member of that location is amazing, I have had the pleasure of dealing with two: Mr. Anthony Pérez and Mr. Joey Serrano! Though both have been very hospitable, in particular I would like to express a huge shout out to Mr. Perez: Whether busy or not, he has always been there for me. Follow-up is always there! And if that is not enough, he has a true understanding of what customer service is all about! He is honest, helpful, pleasant and courteous!!! Although it would be great to have more like him, I'm glad there aren't: This way he stands out!!! I truly recommend this Caliber Collision locat Thank you Mr. Perez! JP Recently, after having I written a review on this very same location, once again my car seems to be a magnet: Sitting at a light I again was rear ended! Once again, I took my vehicle to the very same Caliber Collision! While being worked on, the Coronavirus issue struck LA and businesses began closing. I received a call from Mr. Anthony Perez that, as my Fiat 124 Spider needed a back fender, the Fiat plant was possibly closing. However, he told me he would do his best! A few days later he called me again and told me the part Gad come into the shop and that my vehicle would be ready soon! Sure enough! A few days later I was thrilled to have my car back! Needless to say, I would like once again to thank Mr. Perez, Mr. Serrano, María and the entire team for pulling through during these very difficult times! I hope they and their families remain safe! At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
