"Update: My husband and I have spoke with the GM, Lucky. He was very professional and understanding. He is taking care of the issues that we have and I have no doubt that it will all be corrected! Thank you, Lucky! I was side swiped from the back bumper up to the mirror on the front drivers side door. My car was supposed to be ready on February 28th, but wasnt ready until March 4th. I was out of the country so my mother in law had to pick it up. When she got there, she noticed a scratch and they told her that it was already there. That is wrong! It was the same spot my car was hit! Also, my bumper was cracked so they took it upon themselves to cut the piece off of my bumper. So now there is a huge gap and the one piece that did clip in no longer does. My side mirror came in 3 pieces and they couldn't figure out how to get it together so they had to have someone come there to put it together. Also, my hood ajar light is on, so they must not have connected a sensor, is what I assume. I am very dissatisfied with this work.
