"I went in last week to get some scratches minimized on my Subaru, and the work that they did is definitely top notch. I was a little bit worried because some of the scratches were fairly deep, but they removed most of them and made the deep ones much less noticable. They worked quickly, efficiently, and for a good price. I'm so satisfied with their work that I'm going back in tomorrow for an estimate on a rear end collision I was recently in. I trust them with all of my bodywork needs and highly recommend them. Shout out to Milton and Christian for working hard and fast to get my car looking good again. "I recently went to caliber collision because someone smashed into the back of my brand new Dodge. I was so nervous because I've never been in an accident and I didn't know if my brand new car would ever look the same. When I went in I spoke with Sonya Gonzales, she is a service advisor. She was able to calm me down and put my mind at ease. She was very professional and took care of everything for me. My truck looks brand new again and my kids and I are back on the road. "My car I had a bumper accident. Called Amerprize. They recommended Calliber in Mt View. I called, made arrangements for a quote the same day. Took car in 2 weeks later. Once quote was approved. Called Calliber on Monday 12/9, was given appointment for 12/1]/19. I was told by Spnja 5 -days. I found Sonja, was competent and professional. Fastforward, called Dec 1st., spoke to Sonja. Picked up rental car on Tuesday 9/10/19. Sonja explained, it should take 5 - days car was ready in 4- days on Thursday 9/12/19. Picked car up, dropped off rental car to Calliber. I appreciate, that I did not have to make two stop at Enterprise then Calliber. I found Sonja, In the office by herself. From what I had observed. Sonja, greeted me. Sonja, wanted to make sure I looked and was satisfied with quslity/work. I was, paid. Sonja, provide exceptional Customer Service and was accountable and stood by her word. "Came here after I got into a fender bender. The paint on my car was completely messed up and I was left with several dents. However, thanks to the help of Shine and Milton, my car is looking just as great and new when I first got it! The estimates I received were fair and the work was completed in a timely manner. Each time I had to interact with the staff, they were very helpful and kept me in the loop with amazing communication. I am so happy that I chose this location and this shop, if I ever need anything done again, I am definitely coming here. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
