"Brought my Mercedes in to fix a nasty scratch I got on my front bumper. Dropped it off by 9am and it was ready that same day before I got off work at 5pm all I had to do was pick it up. "Somebody hit my black Nissan Sentra and ran while it was in the Target parking. It got a paint scuff. I was very upset. It was my car anniversary. I searched google and I found this place for auto body work. I met Alex the general manger here. He was very welcoming and helpful. He buffed and polished my car. Most of the paint scuff and scratches gone. It was a relief. So I thought I have to leave this review to let other knows how good they are and they give really good customer service. They gave me realistic information about how long my car would be in their shop and kept me updated as progress was made during repairs. "I tend to post reviews on businesses that are really great or sadly lacking. Happily, today, I have just finished working with Jordan Ware at Caliber Collision. Jordan provided truly above and beyond service as I went through the process of having some bodywork done. He kept me perfectly informed on timing, cost and then delivery back to me of my truck. Caliber Collision has a lot of affable smiling people. You don't get the impression you're being run through a professional predatory process as many of the dealerships can do to customers. And the finished product...beautiful. As it turned out, my insurance company also likes the work of Caliber Collision. So it all worked out. But, I have to say, the combination of Jordan Ware, and his employer Caliber Collison, left me with a sense of having dealt with some honest and efficient people. "Ran over something on the fwy and had to have front end damage work done. Found them via Yelp reviews. These guys were fast acting, courteous, and explained things step by step. "I went into caliber collision for some work that needed to be done to my vehicle. Anthony Ramirez was there to help me with any concerns and questions that I had. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was talking about. He was very timely and efficient throughout the whole process. "From the first telephone call to schedule an appointment, the staff took care of everything. Monday 9:00 am appointment, my Service Advisor Antonio Maldonado explained everything to me and gave me a time estimate of when my vehicle would be completed. A few days later I received a call from Antonio advising me that there was a little more damage than expected and that my car would take a few more days than anticipated. He stated it would be ready latest Friday. I received a call from Antonio on Friday informing me everything was completed and my vehicle was ready. When I arrived my car was washed, waxed, vacummed and scratches unrelated to the accident were buffed out. My car looked beautiful. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
