"I went to Caliber last week because someone had backed into my front bumper, creating a big dent but not otherwise damaging the bumper or its connection to my car. The Caliber staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. They popped out the dent at no charge, where another body shop probably would have told me I needed a whole new bumper that would cost thousands of dollars. "So the beginning of last week wasn't a very good one. Monday morning I went out to get my car to go to work and I found a dumpster inside of it. I feel like you're probably asking what in the world does that mean? I will be attaching photos. There was literally a dumpster inside my car. It was one of those ungodly windy nights that we've had recently. The wind must've blown the dumpster so hard it creased my door inside and out. It also smashed out the back window. I had some trouble getting it out of my car so that I could move the car. So I called Geico(which I recently learned used to be a government employee insurance program) and put in my claim. They gave me their list of approved shops and caliber was one of them. There was actually one shop that could've taken a day earlier but having passed this place often I wanted to check it out. It looks more like a sports complex than a garage. So I got there early as is my usual, even then there was no wait and I was helped immediately. After I was given all the ins and outs of the insurance by the Geico person who I guess is on staff there, we did a walk around. After he and I were finished I moved on to the enterprise guy who also appeared to just be there ready to wait on me. I'm not sure if it always works this way but everything was ready for me and I think I moved through the place and was in my rental in 30 to 40 minutes. I had even taken a half-day off of work because I figured nothing would go smoothly. I'm pretty sure it's harder to just rent a car. I signed up for text updates and never had to ask a person what was going on with my car. He texted me every time they started a new part of the process. They texted me when it was finished I was able to drop it off and return my rental on site. It is extremely convenient to have everything in one location. So the entire door need to be replaced it went in on Thursday and I got it back on Tuesday. Not only have they replaced the door, they had fully detailed and cleaned the outside of the car. It's a few days later now and it still smells like a new car inside. All the scratches around the door that they cleaned up repainted and blended are perfect. So after all that I was very content and happy with the process. I probably would not have left a review if it weren't for what happened next... Being the super forgetful person that I am I had left my brand new keep cup that my wife got me for Valentine's Day on the counter when dropping off my rental. Now this was not cool because this gift was awesome and I haven't even had it that long! It took me a little while to figure out where the missed placed item must be. When I figured it out I gave them a ring and they said they would set it aside for me. When I showed up to my surprise I found they had even washed it for me! Now if that's not service! I thought they were super nice to begin with but now we were all laughing and joking like friends! It reminded me of a sitcom! The mechanic, front desk ladies, Geico guy all hamming it up. In conclusion if you have the choice, choose caliber. Fantastic people to deal with. * Funny thing is another customer had left their cup the same day." - Shanna

Nowadays with many businesses I feel like a burden, but I actually walked away from Caliber Collision feeling important. Although I have never before been in a crash which warranted such extensive repairs, I was overjoyed to be guided by such caring individuals in your employ. Your entire team deserves to know how greatly appreciated it is to know that not only did you do your best work on the job, but you take it that extra mile. Treating your customers as more than just another client and more like a guest in your home is how I know your business is projected for nothing but greatness.
I felt so welcomed from the moment I entered the door, and not for one moment did I feel that I was being avoided or even in the least bit uncomfortable. You even answered the most random of questions without judgment or offense, and that is something I find rare these days. Coming from someone whose job it is as a Case Manager to constantly help others, I see now how truly impactful it is to have someone by your side so willing to not just help, but also provide such meaningful support.
A car is something to be greatly valued, and the belief that I could trust in you and your team to take care of my property was something money can't buy. I'm sure this job on my car wasn't anything close to accomplishing a miracle, but your whole team handled my issue with such expertise that I felt as though you loved my vehicle as much as I do.
You should all be extremely proud for what you do and even more how you do it. You have all the keys to success and I am sure to be back for future service as well as will give my very best recommendation to anyone in need of work done.
