After a terrible experience with Fosters some years back, we chose Caliber and are so happy we did. We didn't have to do anything, Caliber did it all and excelled in all areas. Alan Rudolph and Cari Jones are the nicest, most professional and concerned people I have ever dealt with. Alan or Cari would call to check in and see if we needed anything or had any questions. They stayed on top of the repair process every step of the way and made sure that we were kept informed. The repair was top notch! "My experience with Caliber was the *only* positive in dealing with the fallout of a recent auto accident. Caliber displayed the highest level of professionalism, from courteous and informative interaction, to timely updates on the status everything (from their interaction with my insurer, to the process of accessing and repairing my car, to ETA for completion, to delivery of the car when all was said and done). Caliber was transparent and clear about everything from the very beginning. They kept me updated via text as well as phone calls to answer any questions and provide clarification. They finished even sooner than estimated and truly surprised me in the most pleasant fashion by delivering the car to my doorstep and returning the rental car. I can't overemphasize the importance of the time and aggravation that Caliber saved me by essentially handing me my keys, explaining everything they'd done and closing the book on the rental. All I had to do was answer the door! My car is like new. Spotless, zero mysterious sounds or behavior, seemingly impossible to detect any remnants of the accident... This was no minor accident, mind you. It's a small miracle that neither I or my son was hospitalized, as the other vehicle smashed into us with enough force that I was asked multiple times "What exactly was the other driver driving when they hit you??" ... So these were major repairs, and Caliber took the time to do perfect work (and still deliver on time). As for every other entity I had to deal with: 1. My insurer did provide the promised services and payouts, but they refused to budge on doing ANYTHING beyond that to help me connect the dots and fill gaps. This came down to help I needed with managing the two & storage operators who were obviously delaying things to maximize their payout. Because of the stalling tactics, I needed a rental vehicle for more than the 30 days covered by my policy. Even though, my insurer's "preferred" vendor clearly and shamelessly stalled the process, it was left to me to chase things down and ultimately have my car taken to Caliber to begin repairs. My insurer could have extended me extra rental coverage, but they didn't since it wasn't expressly their action that lead to the delay. 2. The tow & storage operators... Two were involved. I won't do them the honor of mentioning them by name here nor will I detail the tactics employed. I will just say, "Wow". Such short-sighted tactics. "I had to have the front end of my car repaired. The repairs were done on time. After I drove the car a few days we discovered that the front wheel bearings needed to be replaced. Mark, my service advisor, worked with the insurance company and installed the replacements the next day. Follow up was very good, everyone I interacted with was very professional."
