"My son and his fiancee were in a car accident recently. The other driver turned left into oncoming traffic. We filed our claim on Friday night and am so pleased with the service we received. We selected Caliber Collision as we were already familiar with this store and it is close to home. Monday morning I had a call from Jasmine asking when we wanted to bring the car in, we scheduled and then had to change the date, but she was so polite and pleasant. Daniel was our main contact for updates on status and next steps. This guy is top notch! Incredibly professional, explained everything, asked me what I wanted to do, and was just easy to work with throughout the whole process. Ron was the technician that worked on the car and WOW!! It looks amazing. We can tell the extra care he put into the car. We are so grateful for the caliber team. Thanks Jasmine, Daniel, and Ron for taking care of us during this time. "I lost my mirror in an unknown road situation so I was so relieved when Daniel at Caliber was so friendly and helpful. He put me at ease and actually noticed more damage that I overlooked. Daniel was professional but kind and really showed concern, assuring me that Caliber would work with my insurance company to provide the best experience. Daniel kept me informed every step of the way and my car was ready and perfect a week early! Pickup was so easy. Jasmine went over every detail of the paperwork, offered to return and log my rental car, and was kind and caring. I highly recommend Caliber Collision RSM. Daniel was a complete professional the entire time my truck was in Caliber Collision. He kept me completely updated with the repairs but was also extremely knowledgeable with the questions I asked for future work. I had asked for referrals in other things needed for my vehicle and he went above and beyond to have answers for me. His customer service was excellent and so refreshing to get in this day and age. "My car was rear ended. The damage wasn't too bad...just creased the bumper with the imprint of the other cars license plate. I was surprised when Daniel told me that the bumper could be heated up and repaired, then painted. The repair turned out perfect! I really appreciate the professionalism at Caliber, from the check-in to pick-up. I received daily text messages from Daniel and they even got the car ready early to help me with pick up. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
