Right from the start the process was transparent, we felt genuinely taken care of by Floyd who explained all steps and the approximate time-window. While our car was in the shop we received updates either via text or through phone calls. Sarah in the front office could have not been nicer, either. She actively listened and offered a welcoming feeling from the start. We felt very much taken care of through the whole process and always felt that Caliber really likes taking care of their customers. Our car looked amazing when we picked it up including a fresh wash -courtesy of Caliber-. SERVICE at its best! Thank you Sarah, Floyd & Caliber Collision, highly recommended!!!"

"Hi there, I am NOT a computer review person. In fact, I can't stand reading all the "negative" comments about this, that, or the other thing! I DO however wish to share my "STELLAR" experience with these people. Michelle, Sara, and, the ENTIRE Caliber Staff are wonderful!!! I am a retired U.S.C.G. Vietnam Veteran Engineman, Nuclear Weapons Technologist/Metallurgy specialist. Lastly, I am a former Master Mechanic. My pickup was "Horribly Hurt" by a heavy equipment tow chain dropped during a pre-Christmas Storm. Michelle, Sara, AND ALL the other folks were BEYOND KIND and CARING!!! I received my pickup last Friday, and it looked the way it did on the lot when it was BRAND NEW in 2006!!! For all the complainers----get a REALLITY CHECK!!! These people called me consistently telling me the progress without my prompting. This level of COURTESSY is UNHEARD of PEOPLE!!!! Go down to the Bay Area where we are retired natives from---------that will give you an EYE OPENER both on SERVICE, and COST!!! In short, if you ever have the sad experience of needing your automobile repaired to OEM STANDARDS, and, put back together, this is the place to go. "All the Kings horses and Kings Men put my Beloved Pickup together Again!!! Thank-You Keith"

"Tim is the BEST Body Shop Manager in the business! Quick, reliable and always communicating. Caliber sets up an auto texting system that informs you how far along your auto is in the repair cycle. For example, if parts are delayed, you get an immediate text that informs you that the completion date MIGHT be set back by X days due to additional parts ordered. It usually doesn't change the completion date, but it gives them a cushion just in case, shipping and weather being what it is. Personally, I think it's brilliant! I got one text telling me my Terrain was doing ver well and was very happy here" (that's kind of funny, you must admit). Everything was going smoothly so far and it looked like the repairs would bad completed on time. Now, you know they didn't HAVE to tell me that, but giving me a little update on my poor wrecked vehicle was neat. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
