"I was so very pleased with my experience at Caliber Collision. My car is just a little over a year old and I was heartbroken to get rear ended twice just before Christmas. When I took it in for the estimate Danny made sure I understood exactly what they would be doing to repair it. While it was in the shop he called twice to let me know the progress they were making and then managed to get it back to me 4 or 5 days early. "I have had the best experience ever with Caliber Collision. They gave me expert service and they have a warm and friendly staff. Their front desk coordinator Johnnis makes you feels comfortable the moment you walk through their doors with her friendly banter and smile. Aaron the intake person for my claim made sure I understood how he arrived at the cost to repair my car. The day I brought my car in it was a rainy and dreary day. I had been given a completion time of two hours but they completed the job in one hour. When I left their shop I had dumb luck. My car completely died about a mile from their shop. I called back to their shop and two of their employees Brittany and Dalton came out in the pouring rain to give me a jump start. At the time I thought it was my battery. It turns out it was my alternator that died. Brittany and Dalton gave me a ride back to Caliber Collision and their manager Tom went so far as to go to my car in the pouring rain to haul my car to a nearby repair shop. My emergency was not their problem but that did not stop them from going out of their way to be accommodating. They went well beyond my expectations. I whole heartily recommend them. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
