Thanks to the three of them (and the rest of the helpful and friendly staff) my car was back on the road after a minor accident, back in a reasonable amount of time and cost. If that had been the end of my experience with Caliber, it would have been a good one. A couple of months later, however, it got better. I finally acted on a noise that had been bothering me and returned to ask the folks at Caliber. I again received a warm greeting and great service. The noise turned out to be part of the natural operation of my car's brakes. Caliber charged me nothing for looking at my car, treating me well through the whole process. "On July 31st, I had the pleasure of meeting your service advisor Casey Cox, at your Rocklin, CA location.
Since my Infiniti dealer does not do body work nor have a body shop, they only provided me with one recommendation: Caliber Collision. They handed me an info card, for two of your locations (Rocklin and Roseville).
Since I was so close to the Rocklin location, I chose to go there and I am extremely pleased that I got to meet Casey.
Casey represents integrity, honesty, courtesy and professionalism, most of which is rarely experienced nowadays. His immediate greeting made me feel comfortable; his words made me feel confident; his understanding provided clarity.
While I’m sure you pride yourself on having exceptional staff, I felt it my obligation to write you, to express my total satisfaction and ease of mind, all because of Casey.
Casey took the time to review the estimate and explain all options. It appeared to me that his goal was to ensure that I could have total trust in him and the Caliber Collision staff, at your Rocklin location.
Although at this time I am postponing the repair work (cosmetic, rather than functional), I can assure you that when the time comes, I will take my car to Casey, even though I have another Caliber Collision in my immediate town (Lincoln, CA).
While I would venture to say that your mission statement and business ethos are probably among the highest of quality and standards, it’s professionals like Casey, that make the difference.
If I were still in business, I would welcome Casey, as part of my team; they don’t make them like that anymore.

"In Dec. of 2013 I was rear-ended, and AAA recommended Caliber Collision. My car was towed in, and I received a call from Casey(sp?). He was extremely professional, while very personable, kept me updated on the status of car and insurance, and when I picked up car, I was amazed. It looked like a new vehicle. Casey spent a lot of time going over everything with me, and was patient w/my endless questions. In June, I phoned to ask if he had any pictures, as my attorney wanted them for my case. Casey emailed them to me in minutes!! Then, my daughter ran over a curb in her new Toyota Camry, and dented the underside of the corner
front of her car. Casey said he'd take a look at it. While we waited inside (all support staff are friendly and helpful) for a short period of time, he asked us to come out and see the car. He had pounded out the dent at NO COST. I am a widow on a limited income, and I almost cried with relief and thanks.
