"Good- the front office staff is friendly and professional. They work well with Nationwide Insurance. If everything is going to be covered by insurance, they work efficiently and communicate regularly. Great- they have Enterprise in their location, making it easy to manage when your car is out of service. Repairs were completely as scheduled and look great. No Great- they missed major damage when doing our initial assessment. When we were in limbo determining whether our car was totalled, they wouldn't talk to us and kept referring us back to Nationwide. Bottom line, if your insurance company is covering everything, they are a good no hassle repair shop with excellent service. If you are paying out of pocket or not using insurance, get multiple quotes as missing major damage could be very costly later."

I was a little nervous about some mixed reviews that I had read, but my experience was stellar. I was scheduled to take my car the day after the accident, and from the moment I reported the accident to taking my car in, getting daily updates from Calibur and GEICO, and to picking up my car as scheduled 3 days later, everything went very smoothly. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
