It was a quick and easy drop-off and a friendly associate gave me a ride back to work. It was done by that Wednesday afternoon and the shop clearly communicated its status to me along the way. When I came to pick it up the vehicle had been FULLY detailed inside and out--it seriously looked better than the day I bought it (from the dealership)! And of course my back bumper looked as good as new! Checking out was quick and easy and I received a full detailed printout of all the work that was performed. The folks at Caliber Collision are professional, friendly, and super service-minded. It was a pleasure working with them."

"I drive a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado. Having never been in an accident or received any tickets. So, as you can imagine, getting into an accident wasn't something I was expecting to experience on multiple occasions over a short period of time. Over the last 4 months I've had to visit this location 3 times. The first two times were due to traffics accidents and the third was for a service that was provided for free as courtesy by the manager Zach. The staff at this location have been nothing short of friendly, understanding and easy to work with. From the ladies at the front desk (Maddie, & Sheryl); to the service representatives that provided the estimates (Amy & Sarah); the service providers who turned my damaged vehicle back to "good as new" (Mike & his team); to the managers (Zach & Megan)--my experiences were nothing short of enjoyable and they relieved my stress revolving around the circumstances. The staff at Caliber were very attentive and thorough with the inspection and repairs on my truck throughout the entire process. Additionally, due to the timing of the accidents, I hadn't had a chance to fill my tank prior to one of the visits. The manager, Zach, threw $20 in the tank so that I didn't have to run on fumes to the pump after pick up! Cannot express how appreciative I was to him and his staff for turning over my vehicle to me in better condition than how I left it. Thank you all for making my experiences with you a positive one! I left my cash money inside my van when I dropped it off to the caliber along Galleria Blvd. She gave me a call right away when she discovered a cash money inside my van. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
