"Let me tell you about Robert. In early February, I was rear ended in my vehicle. My very first accident. First time I've ever needed to search for an auto body shop. After an extensive search and comparison of locations provided by the insurance company, I chose Caliber. And I'm so glad I did. I, and my car, were assigned to Robert. From the get go, he was straightforward and upfront with me. He told me that their location was very busy, and that they might need to transfer my vehicle to a different location so the repairs wouldn't take so long. I felt confident with my decision then and there. I've seen too many people get no updates, no forewarning, about the status of their repairs. Robert kept me updated throughout the process. Let me know when the new bumper arrived. When they were getting it painted. When they were going to install it. Unfortunately, that's when fate intervened with its own comedy of errors. When they went to install the bumper, they discovered an issue with the bolts of the fenders. They needed to be replaced. Only those parts aren't made anymore. So completely new fenders needed to be ordered and painted. I was so happy that Robert, and Caliber, was so upfront. They could have easily done a cheap, sloppy job attaching the bumper incorrectly and I would have been none the wiser. Then when they went to install the new fenders, they noticed an issue with the paint job on one. Again, Robert was quick to call me and let me know they'd be repainting it. Once they were done painting, Robert let me know. He called when they were installing the fender. Then the bumper. And then again when the seal that had been ordered hadn't arrived when originally anticipated. When I got the call from Robert that my car was ready, he put no pressure on me to pick it up immediately. Which wouldn't have been possible for me, given the time of day, weather, and needing to return my rental car. Robert said picking up the next morning would be fine, as it would give him one final opportunity to make certain everything was just right. He promised to call me first thing in the morning. Robert delivered on that promise. He said my car was ready to go, only the comedy of errors continued as he mentioned my rear license plate had been misplaced. As I've had bad luck with rear license plates being stolen, falling off and otherwise lost, I couldn't help but find the humor in it all. Robert was so sweet, so apologetic, and genuinely embarrassed about the lapse. He told me they were searching for it, and that he'd call me back soon. Roughly an hour later, Robert was calling again, profusely apologetic. My license plate was nowhere to be found. He promised to reimburse the cost of the replacement plates, and install them for me. When I picked my car up, he was still apologizing. Not just for the lost plate, but for how long the repairs took. When I told him that it was fine, and if anything it was humorous and that I was so thankful he kept me so well updated, Robert told me he wished more of his customers were like me. That broke my heart. Robert was so kind, so genuine, throughout the entire process. I will sing Robert's praise, and Caliber for hiring someone of his caliber, and will recommend Robert and this location every chance I get.
