"Our RAV4 was backed into by a neighbor. It only took Caliber 2 days to repair the damage. Customer service is very good and Karina kept me informed all alone ng the way. However, the alarm began malfunctioning before I picked up the car. The rep had problems getting the alarm to shut off like I did. This was done after signing the paperwork to release the RAV back to us. The rep/ shop failed QT and I wouldn't give Karina a bad mark for this as communication seems to be the problem from back to the front office."

"Brand new!! All repairs exceeded my expectations. The staff was very informative and accommodating. Jacqueline Emmons was the service adviser handling my Subaru which was rear-ended. My car was in mint condition as it was before the collision. The repair was done on time with no hiccups and I must say it was a pleasure working with anyone I dealt with at Caliber in Antelope. This hasn't been the first time I have dealt with Caliber and although no one anticipates nor wants to be in a predicament needing to fix or repair their car. I would recommend Caliber 10/10!"

"I took my Chevy Malibu here to get a repair done & let me tell you they did an amazing job to my car! Can't even tell there was damage to begin with! The whole time my car was under repairs they communicated with me and I really appreciated that I felt at ease and knew my car was in good hands! "Today while shopping at our local grocery store, someone backed into my car and put a good size dent in my rear bumper and caused the side panel to pop out. I stopped by your store today to get a quote for the repair on my near new car. I had the pleasure of being helped by Ty. What a wonderful employee who I feel should be given the name of "Miracle Worker". He not only crawled under my car and popped the bumper out, pushed the side panel in but also took some compound and rubbed out all of the marks left on my car. When I asked how much I owed him he said nothing. I offered to give him a tip and again he refused. He shook my hand and wished me a nice evening. "I apologize for the length of this post but I want to explain why I am so thrilled to have utilized this amazing firm. My Corvette was involved in a hit-and-run accident while parked but I was fortunate to have a mindful witness who took a picture of the license plate of the vehicle involved. My vehicles ended up with scratches and paint fracture lines on the side and rear. My insurance agent recommended a different well known collision company; however, there were a lot of posted complaints online about that business. I did not want to experience another nightmare. A few years ago, when my prior Corvette was vandalized ("keyed" along the side) I utilized a shop my insurance company referred me to. When it was ready to pick up, I arrived to find my Corvette with a dead battery and a foreman trying to jump the battery with his unit setting turned up to the level of a semi-truck jump--which burned all of the wiring/socket hookups to my lighting systems throughout my entire vehicle. I found out their employees were playing my stereo a lot while working on my car--which drained the battery. While the finish they performed was excellent, I found it ridiculous and unprofessional for them to have blitzed my new battery and cause over $2,000 in electrical damage to my car. (I guess I was lucky they didn't damage any of the 8 computer systems throughout the vehicle.) Honestly, I dreaded having to utilize another collision firm. Having called Sullivan Chevrolet and asking for a recommendation of a reputable and high quality collision company, I was told your business performed excellent work. And, all the online posts highly recommended this shop. In review of performance: I was greeted by friendly staff at the counter, spoke at length with the service adviser when checking in my car, given paperwork reviewing the anticipated repairs, kept apprised of additional repair required, and work was performed in only 3 days. (Also, I conveniently picked up a rental cal next door in the same building.) My Corvette has a highly metallic dark grey finish which can be difficult to deal with but the work performed was perfection. And the bumper was reinstalled seamlessly to proper specification. Having signed off on final paperwork, I was told about their lifetime warranty for work performed. I exited their facility and entered my car; but before leaving Travis Williams, their Center Manager, came out of the office and walked directly to my car. He asked if I was happy with the outcome and I thanked him for the excellent job. This was truly a pleasant experience and a sigh of relief. It is truly rare to find businesses with professional staff and awesome work performance. Final integrity is proven with their lifetime guarantee. Caliber Collision at 7407 Roseville Road, Sacramento, California is amazing. (This center is also referred to as Sacramento-Antelope.) I highly recommend them and have told my insurance agent they should be the FIRST collision shop they refer clients to. This business is now the only one I will use for collision repair and I will recommend them to anyone I know in need." - Pat

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
