I worked closely with Justin and I cannot recommend him enough. Not only was he very knowledgable but he was also kind and a pleasure to work with. He explained the overall process and what needed to be repaired on my vehicle in detail. He answered all of my questions and was always available if I had follow up questions. "Justin was incredibly helpful. I got into a minor fender bender and took my car into another shop in LA (who will remain nameless out of respect) and they actually damaged my car further in the tear down process. When I brought my car into Caliber, unfortunately they were not able to work on my car due to the previous shops actions (Caliber has such high service standards that they have to be able to guarantee their work, which they could not do based on the damages caused by the previous shop). Justin was sorry to relay this message to me, but I understood. When I came to pick up my car, he took 20 minutes out of his time for a NON PAYING CLIENT to explain what was going on with my car and the scope of work it would need. He showed me pictures and everything. Cars are so tricky for us regular folks, it takes a tech with integrity and patience to explain what is needed. I couldn't believe the most helpful person through this whole frustrating process was someone I didn't even pay! Now I know where I'm taking my car next time I need repairs done!"

"John the manager was super helpful in guiding me in getting my license plate on the front of my car. Being from FL I've never had to deal with that. He took the time to explain to me where I could get the bracket and put the plate on my car as a courtesy. I didn't even have to wait! Will be coming here for all of my automotive needs :)"

"Caliber Collision was so helpful in repairing my car door! It was my first time dealing with insurance and taking my car to an auto body shop and I was blown away by how patient, attentive and friendly the staff was. Justin, the rep who was guiding me through the process was very nice and understanding about me not knowing the ins and outs of repairing a car, then worked really hard to keep me updated throughout the repair process. I was a little nervous about leaving my car with someone else for a week, but the staff vacuumed, kept my car clean and I left so much junk in my car, but nothing was damaged or taken out, which was so thoughtful of them. I hope I don't have any other car issues, but if I ever do, I'm exclusively having my car taken care of at Caliber!"

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
