"The people at Caliber Collision are trustworthy and we're able to help my mother, Victoria, with her 2012 Cadillac CTS without any issues. I wasn't called once thinking that my mom was being dealt with in an unfair manner and everything was resolved properly. The car came out looking Splendid and she was able to sell it and get what she wanted. Matthew Scott, the General Manager, was a great help as well as James DeRosa, the Service Advisor. "My 2006 Acura was struck by a cartwheeling ATV that flew off a trailer that was towing it on the highway. Luckily, there was only damage to the right front bumper and fender. I brought the vehicle into Caliber where Quintin took care of my situation. He sent me daily updates via texts of the progress and I picked up the car one week later as good as new. Quintin went out of his way to ensure I got my vehicle back as soon as possible and in showroom condition when I picked it up. "Awesome experience from beginning to end. Let me tell you that the customer service at this location is top-notch. I arrived there with a minor fender & bender. Their location is super clean. I don't think I ever have seen a repair shop that clean. I mean, crystal clear everywhere. Upon my arrival, I was offered bottled water, popcorn and a warm welcome from all the staff. Great waiting area(BTW, there was no wait) with blasting AC. The ladies were super nice. I was explained what the process would be. Right after the lady was done with me, there came my rental from Enterprise. I didn't even have to wait or call anyone. It was all ready to go in and out. No problems. While my car was at Caliber, they updated me daily through text messages. That to me made a world of difference because it showed a level of care that most other shops don't. Hands down, the customer service could not have been any better. Once the repairs were done, I went to drop off my rental. Enterprise offered to drop me off at Caliber for no additional cost. That was nice too. At Caliber, again, the staff was super nice. Everything was ready upon my arrival. All the paperwork was already printed and done. All I had to do was sign paperwork and pay. That was it. The car was shown to me. The repairs were done to my satisfaction. By the way, they cleaned the interior and exterior and topped off my gas. The car left the shop better than when it was dropped off. You guys definitely have my business. Before I end this post, I decided on Caliber because my wife used Caliber in Bradenton and she was also very happy there at the other shop. It sounds like that you guys got this business down right across the board. Keep up the good work. Even though I wish never to see you(lol, I don't want to get on another accident), God forbid, if it happens again, you have got my business."
"My Lexus IS 250 was just a year and half old when it got into a minor accident on I75. I used Caliber Collision because it’s a preferred partner with my insurance company and it’s close to my work. I have to say, that the body and paint work came out beautifully. There were a couple of issues (non-paint related) but Hunter took care of them and now my car is back to as close to brand new as possible. I will recommend this location for sure. The last time I went, it was just my car getting old and the back light cover actually fell out on the driveway.
