"I've taken my car to this Caliber twice now and both times have been absolutely great experiences. The first time, I worked with Joseph to get my car repaired and he was on top of it from the go, made sure I was informed and that I clearly understood everything that was going on. A real standup guy. The 2nd time, I worked with Jenny and she was awesome. Walked me through the paperwork, kept me updated, called the rental agency to come pick me up and got my car repaired and ready to go early. She is awesome and one of the primary reasons why I'd come back, to say nothing of the beautiful repair job they did on my car. This is my body shop now. I hope to not need them but i'm glad to have them if I do."

"Not kidding, from start to finish, hands down the best experience one could possibly have. Wonderful, friendly, skilled masters, great work The turn around was so fast it caught me off guard. My 2014 hyundai elantra somehow looks like a 2019 elantra now. They washed the insides and outsides...waxed it...wheels shiny...metallic rims cleaned...???...????!!!!......the best!!!! But more than that/this somehow it became a spiritual experience. My time spent there was nothing short of powerful as I felt the aloha spirit from Shirley Alvarez the office angel/administrator who is so loving, kind and helpful she deserves a raise and a thank you trip to her favorite Hawaiian island for going above and beyond the call of duty. We hugged at the very end when I picked up my car on the next visit after catching up. PS: The coffee was tremendous and they have every type of creamer you could ever want and there's even marshmallows for the coffee... licorice in case you're hungry... pretty sure I saw a snack pack... apples... power bars...they even have fresh popcorn. PPS: Shirley had such an incredible mana and indescribable energy to her that I felt like I was communing with the pure souled people of Hawaii....I will visit again just to say hi and absorb that killer Hawaiian vibe. Thank you Shirley!!! and my bros!!!!! at Caliber Collision at 5056 Hollywood Blvd just east of western ave about 6 to 8 blocks and before Barnesdale Art Park just east of Vermont. I putting a yelp review because this time in Norwalk Caliper kept me informed on the repair progress and John in Norwalk was the best he went the extra mile in my repairs . We had some hiccups with the other insurance company but he helped and moved the process on I will always go to Caliper if I have any bodywork that needs done."

"Wow! What an wonderful experience. Who knew getting your vehicle repaired could be such a stress free process? Caliber knew, and they proved it to me when they repaired my damaged vehicle. From the ease of checking in and securing a rental vehicle to the timely repair and return of my vehicle Caliber did it right. A special thanks to Susie for taking care of the trim piece and a very special thank you to Dave for replacing my battery. My battery needed a jump when we collected the vehicle. Dave called a cew days later to check in with use to see if the vehicle was starting okay. All was fine then but three weeks later and I had to jump the vehicle twice. We don't drive very often and it died from the initial drain during repair. I had to return to the shop to have a trim piece installed. Dave noticed me in the waiting room and asked how I was and if the battery was doing okay. I mentioned that I had to purchase a new one and, would you know it, Dave offered to reimburse me for the expense. Insisting that it was the initial drain during repairs that caused the batteries death. Awesome service. Awesome craftsmanship and above the bar customer service. I will return for all my vehicle repairs in the future. Thank you for a perfect job." - Davie

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
