"First of all I want to start by saying what an amazing experience I had!!!!! My Tahoe got a hit and run I called my Geico insurance they guided me through the process and told me to go to caliber collision. When I arrived I went into the office the ladies in the front help me out and a gentleman named Eddie. He went through the whole process of how it was going to be fixed.Took about A week to get my Tahoe back, but through all this process they would sent me messages when the truck was getting service and kept me updated about everything. Eddie also called me to inform me my battery was no good no more when I picked up my truck he informed me they Exchanged my battery for me no charge! thank you so much!!! Eddie answered all of the questions I had. thank you Eddie for your great customer service!! I will definitely recommend this shop to all my family members and definitely will come again if needed!!!"

"This place is full service for your vehicle repairs. I went through my insurance and had them do the repairs. They had someone on site with a car rental and were very kind and had fast service. There was an issue with one of my sensors after the repair and Eddie did not hesitate to take care of me and make sure everything was perfect with my vehicle. I would recommend this place to anyone"

"My car looks wonderful. You would never know my front end took a hit. The paint matches perfectly. In the past we had a 500 SEL that work done due to an accident and that car too looked like it came off the show room floor. Paint matched perfectly. Did not fade and always looked like everything was original. I would recommend Caliber to any and everyone if you want your car to look like nothing ever happened. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
