"I never write yelp reviews but honestly I cannot thank Ernie enough. I went in to get my car fixed after it got vandalized and had to go through my insurance. Instead of having my insurance charge me and raising my monthly payment, he helped me repair what was broken for less than $80 and truly went out of his way out of the kindness of his heart. "Best customer service ever! The General Manager, Stan is amazing. Awhile ago I had my wife's Kia Soul repaired at Caliber and they did a great job. Today, my wife had a tire blow out on the freeway. When I went to go change the tire, I could not find one in the car. I called Caliber thinking they must not have put the tire back after the repair. At the time I was directed to Stan, the General Manager. Stan immediately went and looked for the tire and when he couldn't find it he called Kia to get me a new replacement. He even said he would come and change the tire himself. While Stan was waiting for the tire he found out that the car does not apparently come with a spare. It actually is an option that cost an extra $200. At that point Stan could have told me it was not Calibers responsibility since it probably was not there anyway. Instead Stan took care of the cost and I was given a new tire free of charge. Stan went above and beyond and showed me want great customer service really is. Thank you Stan and thank you Caliber Collision!"

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
