"This place deserves a 6/5 stars. I'm going to be honest and say that Caliber Collison wasn't my first choice. I initially went to an independent auto body shop to fix up my car. But something just didn't sit right with having my car left at the independent shop. After getting a quote from the independent shop, I went with my gut and went with whatever shop that Geico has partnered with and I do not regret it at all. Jason worked with me and kept me posted everyday about the condition, cost and how long I could expect my car to be in the shop for. Even with everything that has been going on with COVID 19, I was able to pick up my car 2 days early! If you took a look my car, you probability wouldn't be able to tell it was hit at all."

"Many shops over promise and under deliver, but that wasn't my experience at Caliber Collision. The moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist and staff working the desk. Various snacks and drinks were available, but before I could sit down, I was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Christian. Christian was very patient with us, and took his time explaining everything in detail. At no time did I feel rushed, all my questions were answered, and I left the shop with a great feeling, knowing that my car was in good hands. Christian also made sure all of our needs were met, including rental. He fought with the insurance company on our behalf to make sure everything was covered, including a headlight replacement that the insurance company initially denied. The car came back like nothing ever happened, and we could not be more grateful for a Christian and his staff! Thank you!"

"My husband and I were "rear-ended" in an accident on 1/16/20. Unbeknownst to us, the damage was far more extensive than it initially appeared. Jason, Caliber's representative charged with overseeing the repair of my car--a 2019 Jaguar XJ--explained what needed to be done to return the car to it's original condition, and assured us that he would do his utmost to keep us apprised of the progress along the way. He estimated how long the process would take, and was "spot on". Jason called regularly to give us an up-to-date progress report, and answered any questions patiently and comprehensively. Furthermore, he couldn't have been kinder. Such a nice gentleman! My car is back, is in perfect working order and looks gorgeous!!! All our gratitude to Jason and the Caliber team for making an unpleasant episode come to a satisfied, happy and excellent conclusion!!!"

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
