"Very pleased with the service and quality of workmanship performed on my 2017 GMC 2500 HD Denali. From start to finish Mathew Esparza was excellent to work with. His communication skills and professionalism were great and my truck was finished in only 6 days!! Quite a bit of front end damage that I thought would take weeks or months. "Unfortunately I had an accident on Highway 405 in January. A car hit my car from back and pushed my car to the front car. When I was talking with front car's driver, the back car run so I couldn't take a good photo of that car. Meanwhile I asked the front car to pullover. You know it fanny, the front car also runaway. Finally I called insurance and delivered my EV Bolt to Caliber Torrance. Paul helped to fix my car so fast and Angel Nieves delivered my car to my house. Thank you so much"

"Our Subaru was hit from behind, with damage done to the rear bumper and tailgate, and we recently had it repaired at Caliber Collision. PROS: (1) Neil Demers (the service advisor who handled our case) was very friendly and professional. Throughout the entire process, communication with him was excellent: he constantly emailed us with updates and whenever we emailed him questions, he always got back to us immediately. We greatly appreciate the friendly and professional service he provided us with. (2) Tanisha (working at the front desk) was also very friendly and professional. (3) Quality of repair work: The tailgate and rear bumper had to be replaced, and now look better than they did before the accident. The color and style match and the tailgate was fitted correctly and works smoothly. (4) We had some scratches on the side of the car (not due to the accident), and Neil offered to have them touched up for free. (5) It's conveniently located in Torrance (close to Torrance Memorial) and in a safe location. (Some other shops we had previously considered were in sketchy locations.) CONS: It took several weeks to get everything repaired, but in fairness we took it at the wrong time (during the winter holidays). And talking to other people who've had similar repairs done, it seems like the duration of repair was not atypical compared to other auto shops. BOTTOM LINE: I would not hesitate to take my car there again."

"I meant to do this a while ago, but forgot to. Sorry! Anyway, went up to Caliber Collision with a seeming so scratch on the front of my number where my boyfriend had scraped a pole -_- I went for an estimate because I was sure he had scratched through the paint. But they took it to the back, polished most of it off... for FREE! There's just a tiny white mark that you can't even see unless you're up close looking for it. Paul, the guy who helped me out, told me I didn't owe him anything but a Yelp review. Thanks for being kind and great! Will definitely come back if I do some serious damage to my vehicle. great customer service."
