Occasionally, accidents occur and thrust a series of onerous time consuming tasks into our path but fortunately for me, Mr. David Adams and his staff at the newly opened Caliber Collision center in Tustin, CA spared no effort to get me and my 1997 Nissan Pathfinder repaired and back on the road in a very tight time window.
After my car was damaged by truck tire debris on a California highway my SUV needed repairs and although my insurer, USAA, promptly approved the repair work my work schedule only allowed me one day off in ten days of work to take care of it. Yesterday was the one day I had to get repairs made, and in that day I was able to bring my SUV in to Mr. Adams’s shop and have it promptly repaired even though it was involved a mighty effort by him personally and his technicians that went well above my high expectations for which I commend him and his team.
Mr. Adams greeted me personally when I arrived, evaluated the damages and politely explained that my windshield and tire repairs may require me to leave the car more than one day. I told him in that case I would have to defer the repair work for a later date. This is just the sort of time consuming hassle that is the dreaded reality in getting car repairs of any sort done.
I was nearly resigned to waiting to get the repairs done another day when Mr. Adams, mindful of my demanding military work schedule as an officer, asked me to wait while he made some calls. I know he made several calls and worked in a frenzy to create a solution for me in a short time window. I can well relate to how challenging that can be as I am often called to do that in my line of work; make the mission happen, no matter the obstacles. By the end of the day my SUV was repaired and even detailed and when I left the shop it looked and drove far better than I could have hoped for. I am hopeful I won’t need collision repair services any time soon, but if I do, I know I can rely on the competency, customer care and above all “can do, mission focused” support that distinguish Mr. Adams and his team.
