"So a few weeks ago when The Valley was hit with the winds... I woke up to my neighbors HUGE ASS Jurassic Park sized tree fallen on both my neighbors vehicle and mine. Nobody was hurt, thank God, but the vehicles took a lot of damage. My insurance sent me to Caliber Collision and they were amazing. Armen was assigned to fix my vehicle and he was hella cool. Talked over all the details and kept me informed throughout the entire process. My Vehicle was at the shop less than two weeks and the process was easy and headache free. "I parked my truck in front of my house and someone keyed the blank out of it so I decided to look around for prices. I came to this calibur and Linda Kirschner helped me out. Based on her excellent customer service I promptly decided to leave it there for repair! She totally sold me and I'm not talking about the price, I am referring to her authentic caring attitude. I am such a big fan of businesses that authentically care for their customers and Linda totally portrayed that. She made me feel like everything was going to be okay and I didn't have to worry about anything to do with the repair. I am beyond grateful for caliber and their employees! "My car was hit from behind while stopped at a red light. The person who hit my car had Nationwide insurance. Nationwide gave me Caliber Collision as an option for an estimate. I met the rep at caliber. I was impressed with the facility so decided to go with them for the repair. The estimate was visual only and they indicated it could be more unseen damage. The initial estimate was around $2100. The repair was completed - in the process Caliber found additional items that needed repair/replacementthat could not be seen until bumper, etc was removed. I feel caliber did not cut corners and Nationwide covered the entire cost of repairs. Now regarding Caliber. I was totally satisfied with their work. They contacted me daily (either phone or email) to update me on the status of repair. They had the repairs done on schedule (the replacement parts were ordered in advance so when the car was left off there was no delay waiting for the new bumper, etc. The paint was perfectly matched and no one would be able to tell there was any repair done. All people I dealt with at caliber were very accommodating and helpful. The facility is neat and clean. They offer a life time warranty on their work. After I picked up the car I noticed one back up white light did not go on in reverse - I called them and they got me right in to make certain the wiring was secure and corrected the problem in about 15 minutes. I was totally happy with their service and would highly recommend them. If I have collision repairs in the future (hopefully not) I would use Caliber again. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
