"I've used this place on two different occasions for two different vehicles (unfortunate events in my life - don't judge). They took great care of me! Dealing with damage to your vehicle can be stressful and they helped by fixing my vehicle timely, keeping me updated through the whole process, and answering all my questions. Sometimes you worry what your car will look like after the work is complete. Will it look and run the same? And the answer is YES! I couldn't believe how my vehicle looked and felt completely the same. You couldn't tell work had been done on them. Even the paint matched perfectly, which really impressed me. The whole process felt easy and helped alleviate my stress. They took care of everything so I could focus on my family and getting back into my routines. I felt they were professional, friendly, and trustworthy and I would go back to them again should the need ever arise (fingers crossed fate is kind and I don't need to visit anytime soon though)."

"Ah, as sad it is that I had to be here twice within 6 months due to accidents (bad luck on my part!) they were great. Koop was super helpful, efficient, and friendly. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
