"I pulled my bumper a little when backing over a parking block. I thought I needed to push it back together. I tried that and it didn't work. I took my car over to Caliber because they fixed a previous car after an accident and did a fantastic job. I can't recall the young man's name, but he took a look at it and told me he needed to pull it in the shop. He came back out and told me how he fixed the issue. He did not charge me to put bolt in place. I was very thankful as other places would have charged me and then told me other things were wrong. I greatly appreciate the fast and professional no hassle service I received from them. They will take great care of your vehicle."

"My husband got hit on February, 2020 and we took our car to the closest but also a place that could take our car right away. The staff there was great. They greeted us, asked what happened, let you explain in detail. We were not rushed explaining anything but also they asked us more questions that we didn't think about. The car was done in timely manner. It was finished prior to the estimated date. The service and work done was phenomenal. I will take my car there again for any body work. They are very friendly and willing to help in any situation. After the accident, we ran into my car having trouble starting (plus other things) and we called the dealership and few other places and then we called Caliber asking them if they could look into the battery and alternator (might have been damaged in the accident). They took our car right away, tested the battery and alternator. Final conclusion was the battery, they recommended where to get one and they put one in for no fee compare to other places who wanted to charge us to just to check the battery/alternator. Like I said, great shop, great people and I would recommend this place. My car runs perfectly now."

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
