At Caliber, we put our hearts into everything we do. That’s why we’re so proud of our long-standing relationship with the American Heart Association, one of the biggest non-profit organizations in the nation. They truly represent the same values we at Caliber are driven to uphold. They even inspired us to have a CPR training kit at every Caliber center and incorporate CPR training into our annual Leadership Summit meeting to continue our teammates’ education on heart health.

Along with training, we’re dedicated to supporting local American Heart Association events throughout the year in all of the communities we serve. Two major initiatives we are honored to support every year are Côtes du Coeur and the Heart Walk:

CÔTES DU COEUR

Over the years, it has been our greatest honor to help raise money for North Texas heart health through the American Heart Association’s largest national charity gala, Côtes du Coeur. It’s a night of wining and dining by celebrity chefs and renowned wineries who create a culinary experience that raises money for the AHA. With the help of our teammates, clients, partners and communities, we sponsor this worthy event that has a true impact for those living with heart disease.

We’re excited to be a Platinum sponsor of the next Côtes du Coeur gala happening April 18th, 2020. Visit https://dallaswineauction.com/ for more information.

HEART WALK

Every year, the AHA puts on Heart Walks all across the country to raise money. We look forward to lacing up our shoes and joining in for a good cause. Not only do we participate every year, but we turn it into a month of giving. This year, we donated $10 for every mile, and $1,000 for 50+ miles, walked by our teammates in the month of August. We also had an all-company event at Caliber headquarters where some teammates walked for a full 24 hours. Proving that every step matters, we beat our goal and raised $58,055.

We each have personal stories of teammates and family members who are affected by heart disease. That’s why the American Heart Association means so much to everyone in the Caliber family and we plan to keep our partnership going for many years to come.

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.

Thank you for your business and support.
