Federal Income Tax Relief
The federal government has passed relief measures, including taxpayer relief (for example, extending your federal tax filing date to July 15th and stimulus payment checks)

Federal Student Loan Debt Relief
If you have federal student loan debt held by the US Department of Education, Borrowers will be allowed to put their student loan payments on hold for the next 6 months without interest accrual on the outstanding loan balance(s) (through 9/30/2020). This legislation has no effect on student debt held by private lenders (example: loans which have been refinanced).

COVID Symptoms and Testing Options if you do Not Have Insurance
Testing for COVID for teammates on one of Caliber’s medical plans is being provided at $0 co-pay and out of pocket.
If you are uninsured, we are recommending you utilize telemedicine If you are on a Caliber medical plan, you can contact one of our telemedicine providers. You can call MDLive at (888) 676-4204; there is a charge for MDLive telehealth services. You can also call the free Corvel helpline at (855) 283-2710 which is available 24/7. If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911.
You may also want to reach out to your local/county health department, who may have testing or other resources available at no or low cost.
You can also go online to the Health Resources and Services Administration (a U.S. government agency) to find potential low or no-cost assistance that may be available near you.
As a reminder, Medicare and Medicaid are covering tests at no cost, if the teammate is Medicaid eligible.
If you used Purchasing Power and your employment with Caliber ends (and so your payroll deductions will end), you have these available options:

Financial Planning and Counseling Support (EAP)
Caliber provides access to ComPsych, an employee assistance program (EAP), which provides a wealth of online tools, resources and live counselors to help with financial or personal stress issues for you and your family. If you have health insurance
Check your policy to see what’s covered — your insurance company can give you a list of providers who take your plan.
If you don't have health insurance
Look into Open Path Collective, where therapists offer sessions for between $30 and $60. That's a pretty typical copay for insured patients.
If you’re looking for a support group They’re moving online right now. One of the more well-known ones is Alcoholics Anonymous. They've been using Zoom, Google Hangout[s] and conference calls to keep their members coming to meetings. You can also look for support groups in your area here.

Steps You Can Take If Having a Hard Time Paying Bills
Reach out to your creditor, lenders and other billers as soon as possible and explain your current situation and ask for assistance. If your lender or creditor is requesting a letter from Caliber, send an email request to CaliberCares@CaliberCollision.com with your request.
Many large banks and utility companies have already announced programs to help individuals affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
You may qualify for a payment extension, a payment plan or waived/reduced fees.
If you have a federal student loan, see the section above on Federal Student Loan Debt Relief; if your student loan is held by a private loan servicer, call as soon as possible to ask for assistance.

Information on How to Protect Yourself Financially from the Impact of COVID-19

401(k) Plan Information and Resources
Participants in Caliber’s 401(k) Plan who may be experiencing a financial hardship can access the vested portion of their 401(k) funds through hardship loans. Effective April 3, 2020, teammates who may already have an existing loan may obtain a 2nd loan from the 401(k) if needed. We strongly recommend teammates access their 401(k) funds only as a last resort after exploring other financial options.
Under the recently passed CARES Act, plan participants are now eligible to access their 401(k) plan funds for COVID-19-related financial issues, through either loans or distributions, with increased limits and longer repayment timeframes. Here’s more information on those changes:
Changes in Loan Provisions
Ability to Take a Second “General Purpose” Loan. Effective April 1st, 2020, we have amended our Plan to allow you to take a second general purpose loan from the Plan. Until now, participants could only have one active general purpose loan at a time. General purpose loans are still subject to a $1K minimum/$50K maximum, up to 50% of your vested account balance.
“Coronavirus-Related Loan”. In addition to the available general purpose loan, we have adopted the changes included in the recently-passed Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (H.R. 748) (CARES Act), a part of the federal stimulus package, which temporarily allows “qualified individuals” to borrow up to the lesser of $100,000 or 100% of their vested account balance. A “qualified individual” means a) the participant, or his or her spouse or dependent, is diagnosed with COVID-19 (by a test approved by the CDC) or b) the participant has experienced “adverse financial consequences” due to a quarantine, furlough, lay-off, reduction in work hours, business closures, being unable to work due to lack of child care, or other reasons as the Treasury Department may determine. We will rely on the participant’s self-certification that he or she meets this eligibility requirement (no documentation is required). These loan types are available now.
As a reminder, participants can still access a hardship loan.
Extension of Loan Due Dates. Under the CARES Act, for any plan loan with a due date between the date the CARES Act was enacted March 27, 2020, and December 31, 2020, the participant can extend the due date for up to one year. The remaining payments, plus applicable interest, will be re-amortized over the extended period.
Change in Penalty-Free Distributions
Penalty-Free Coronavirus-Related Distributions in 2020. In addition to the loan changes above, we have adopted provisions contained in the CARES Act that allow an “eligible participant” who is under the age of 59½ to take a coronavirus-related distribution of up to 100% of their vested balance, not to exceed $100,000 in 2020. The coronavirus-related distribution is not subject to the usual 10% early withdrawal penalty nor the 20% mandatory withholding. Please note that the distribution is still includable in gross income An “eligible participant” means a) the participant, or his or her spouse or dependent, is diagnosed with COVID-19 (by a test approved by the CDC) or b) the participant has experienced “adverse financial consequences” due to a quarantine, furlough, lay-off, reduction in work hours, business closures, being unable to work due to lack of child care, or other reasons as the Treasury Department may determine. We will rely on the participant’s self-certification that he or she meets this eligibility requirement (no documentation is required). Participants will have three (3) years to repay these distributions to an eligible retirement plan, with the repayment being treated as a rollover contribution. These distributions are available now.

State Unemployment Benefit Resources
If you are impacted by loss of employment, you can file for state unemployment benefits. Enhanced unemployment benefits are being provided under the recently passed CARES Act. Contact your state unemployment department for information on how you can take advantage of these. The CARES Act provides an additional $600 per week benefit in addition to the base weekly rate (which varies by state).

Financial Assistance for Teammates in Need: Caliber Catastrophe Relief Program
We have been fortunate to have been able to distribute more than $3M to more than 2,600 current and former teammates to assist with short term financial hardships due to the current COVID pandemic, which was funded by generous donations from individuals and our owner groups. Because we have exhausted the initial round of funding for our Caliber Catastrophe Relief Program, we are suspending applications temporarily while we seek additional funding. We will notify you when the Program is once again accepting applications. In the meantime, see information on other available financial assistance on this site. We appreciate everything you do.

You can access your pay statements, W-2s and 1095s directly from ADP online at My.ADP.Com or by downloading the ADP Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play. If you already have an ADP User ID, you can log in using the same log-in credentials you already have. If you are a new user on My.ADP.Com, you can click “Register Now” and use the Caliber registration code CALIBERCOL-92614 and follow the instructions; in the ADP Mobile App, tap “New?
