The Federal Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and local orders recognize the essential nature of auto repair.  As an essential business, Caliber Collision is here to help. We’ve made adjustments to best support our customers in the communities we serve and have modified our business hours across centers to 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some locations are open on Saturdays as well. Please confirm details with your closest location.

Caliber Collision is closely monitoring the inclement weather in Pennsylvania, Virginia and Maryland regions.

Contingency plans are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our team members and to minimize the effects of the weather on service.

These weather systems may cause pickup and drop-off appointment delays or disruptions for Caliber customers.

The following Caliber centers are closed Wednesday, February 20 and are set to re-open on Thursday, February 21 for normal business hours:

Please call your local Caliber Collision Center before visiting to determine if the Center is open.
