"I got T-Boned and flipped in my brand new F-150. It was my baby. I spoke with the insurance company and after the experience my mother had with Ginger and her Amazing team at the Kramer Lane location, I told the insurance company where to take it. The communication on the vehicle was great. Ginger even went up on a Saturday to meet my truck on her day off. By that Monday they were already working on getting the estimate put together for insurance. They assisted me with the insurance company, rental EVERYTHING, and I really didn’t have to deal with anything. I am sad that it was a total loss but I will say my vehicles will never go anywhere but Kramer Lane Caliber as long as Ginger is in charge. The proffesionalism and ease of the whole process was great. I really get the restoring the rhythm saying Caliber has now. GREAT JOB!!! Hopefully I won’t need a body shop anytime soon but if I do I know where the new truck will go!!! THANKS AGAIN TO GINGER AND HER AMAZING TEAM!!!!"
"My vehicle need body work repair. The team coordinated and completed work while I was out of town. Then delivered vehicle. Workmanship of the damaged site was great, however, there was collateral issues from at repair. Ginger and Zack were understanding and professional. I took Jeep back. They remedied the issues in good fashion providing excellent customer service." - Michelle

"I can NOT rave enough about the manager, Ginger, at the Kramer Lane location in Austin. My car was hit while in the parking lot at work -- my insurance, USAA, told me that it would be $250 after they determined it was a hit and run. Well communication was fairly poor on USAA's part and I had to pay $500 to pick up my car (2 weeks before christmas when I was expecting to pay $250) -- Ginger was so helpful and was willing to call USAA to get the amount figured out. Also, she went above and beyond to make sure they stayed open a few minutes late so I could pick up my car and not be charged for another day of the car rental. Fast Forward to a week later -- I got a call from Enterprise (rental car) to say I was charged $50 because USAA only paid until December 5 -- I called them to see if they could change the date to December 6 b/c that's when the car was officially ready and she said she would call Enterprise and talk to USAA to ensure I didn't have to pay anything because of the confusion with the deductible. This was such a HUGE relief! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

"Caliber fixed my fender after a hit and run. After the fix there was something electrically wrong, Caliber, mainly the manager Ginger Brown, insisted I bring it back so they could get to the root cause. Eventually all was fixed due to the professional and courteous demeanor of all the employees at the center. Really did a good job. I would recommend them - hands down." - Paul
