"SHANE @ CALIBER IS MY HERO!!! I was in an MVA on 9/12 and have been driving a rental ever since. Last weekend, the rental, a 2019 Ford Expedition MAX, ATE my phone! Yes, you read that right...it INGESTED my smart phone!! We tore the car apart on Saturday, couldn't find it. Tore it apart again on Sunday, couldn't find it. Took it to one Ford dealership, where a kind sales rep tried to find it - no luck. On Monday, I took it to Enterprise and told them where the phone was (on the center console) and where I felt it was (INSIDE the center console). They were less than helpful, and told me to take it to another Ford dealership, the one that handles their fleet. So I went and they said to bring it back on Tuesday, first thing, which I did. The service guy was in it for 45 minutes and said the entire console and dash would have to be pulled .....to the tune of $680!!!! Seriously?! Like I have that?! Yeah, NO. Called Enterprise and said you told me to bring it here, authorized it, so.......Nope. They weren't going to pay for it. Contacted another body shop and they told me it would be about $350, which I also didn't have. Then I called the insurance company and told them I wanted it covered under the initial loss claim, since I wouldn't have been driving this land barge if I hadn't been run off the road. Nope...no go. Then, I get a call from MY insurance guy, Brendan. "Go to Caliber Collision in Burke. See Shane. See ONLY Shane." Ok, so, this morning, off to Caliber I went, and found Shane. And TEN MINUTES later, I had my phone IN MY HAND!!! It took him less than five minutes to detach one panel, undo one bolt, and reach in to grab my phone!! I couldn't believe it!! What I was told would take more than half a day and would cost me no less than $350 took TEN MINUTES and Shane REFUSED payment!! I mean, who does that?!?! I couldn't let it end at that, so I treated the entire shop to a pizza and chicken poppers lunch to show my appreciation.... And you'd better believe, my car, my husband's car, and in 3 years, my daughter's car will ONLY go to Caliber Collision in Burke, VA for ANY non-mechanical work that needs to be done. We've found our go-to shop and our go-to guy!! Shane Foster, you're a ROCK STAR!!"

"I no longer have my pt cruiser 2006 but when I did these people were just great! I also enjoyed their popcorn and their friendliness and the coffee helped a lot. What I want to say is that I was always very happy with them. I am wondering if they sell cars? I am looking for a GOOD USED VEHICLE . I've been thru quite a year. My pt cruiser died on 495 during rush hour traffic { survived that being stranded in middle of 4 lanes} I got bad news on it. Could not afford to pay $3,000 for repairs then bought this HONDA ODYSSEY 2001 van $2,000 that was NOT a good choice constant issues then it was taken out at GMU by a Chinese student a total loss. Then bought back my " CURSED" pt cruiser for $2,000 that was NOT a good idea ! It was having issues needed a starter motor got at recycled one at Advance auto then took it over to SUNOCO on Rolling rd and that was a HORRENDOUS mistake! I am a senior citizen just turned 70 . The manager Mat Mayo told me $217 for installation of starter motor that included cost. I asked him twice and he even wrote it down. I told him that I was on an extremely restricted income $771 a month and had been over to SHELL cardinal shell and they had offered to put in a NEW starter motor for $450 I told Mat that was too much. He told me NO PROBLEM $217 so I bring in my car and I get a phone call from him . The mechanic had a hard time getting the bumper off and it will now be 4 hours labor! Well he di8d a " Bait n switch" what was I suppose to do tell them to put the bumper back on? As a senior they r4eamed me were dishonest and used the lure of $217 to get me in their garage ! The final bill was $681 dollars! I contacted the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and SUNOCO people would not make amends for their dishonest tactic and would NOT even acknowledge that ripped off a senior woman! I just want to warn people NOT to go to SUNOCO on Rolling road. They LIE to their customers. I had to borrow money for repairs and nearly had a heart attack. BUT THERE IS MORE ! After they worked on my pt cruiser I had it a little over a week the car went into convulsions on July 21st the hottest day 100 plus degrees the entire car shook and there was no AC and then my transmission went totally catastrophic failure it would not even go into gear could not get into neutral it just slid and did not engage ! I LOST MY CAR THAT DAY! AND I AM CURSING SUNOCO on Rolling Road Springfield, Va. I cannot afford a new car. I cannot afford anything and am THOUANDS OF DOLLARS IN DEBT. I wish they had been as good and ethical as Caliber Collision auto repair. I am hoping that SUNOCO on Rolling Road goes out of business that others step forward to tell their horro stories and especially about their lying manager!"

"After being involved in a car accident on the interstate (caused by another driver), I had an unexpectedly pleasant experience at Caliber Collision. My car was towed the facility. The staff was very kind despite me being upset about the entire situation. Everything regarding my insurance had been taken care of. I was given a rental car right away and a young lady was very nice in showing me how to drive a new Prius. I was told that it would possibly take 7-10 days, but within 4 days my car was ready. I had updates left on my voicemail regarding my car's progress. Overall it was a very good experience despite the bad situation that led me there.
