"Listen, my father is a mechanic and i grew up in body shops. In my 15 years in Charlotte, i never found a body shop that lived up to it's guarantees or exceeded my standards. Phil and the team at Caliber were exceptional! On time with deadlines, handled all insurance issues, and left my car looking brand new!!! Super customer service and communication. "I am very well pleased with my experience with the independence location. I have only had my 2014 black Honda Accord for a little over a year. September 2015, I was in a minor collision which dented up my right side and mirror. It was going on 3 months when I decided to take my vehicle to what use to be B&R body recommended by a serviceman at the Honda dealership I purchased the car. I had Eddie Brown from Caliber collision to examine my vehicle. From the start Eddie made assured my car will be restored in the proper time and his customer service was well above standard. I called the staff several times just to check on my car (a new car owner worries). The staff was very friendly. Eddie was very friendly in returning my calls if he could not be reached. I was very thrilled with making sure any car that leaves their lot is 100%. Of course having a black car is awesome but requires a lot of cleaning and polishing. When I went to pick up my car I had scratches nad what repairs that was done that required buffering. However, only black cars following buffering it requires a polish. I showed Eddie the areas that was not polished. The sun will show everything on black cars. And he quickly had something done about it. He nor the manager Ryan were not thrilled about the car not being completed correctly. What I can say is Eddie as well as his manager Ryan are satisfied when their customer is satisfied and apologized for inconveniencing me. And until every detail was completed 100% my vehicle and I did not leave the lot. Everyone is very friendly and never leave the work unfinished. I will 110% recommended any auto body done at the caliber collision on independence blvd in charlotte. My Honda looks and feel new. When I need to return it will be here!!! Thank you all very much!!! We just had our 2015 Nissan Murano fixed by the Caliber Collision on Independence Blvd and can not say enough… Not only was the work fantastic...perfect paint match, delivered early, exterior cleaned prior to delivery, etc. but the customer service and response exceeded expectation as well. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
