"I, Dameian D. Battle, MBA and Yevette B, MSW, have been long term consumers of the Caliber Collision brand. We have had some terrible experiences with Caliber in the past, which would include all services previous done under Jeena's team located on 1710 Piney Plains Rd in Cary, NC; and all previous services done under Sabas Orellana who originally managed the Fayetteville, NC store located 1509 Skibo rd, keeping our car well over 7 mths to complete. We would like to also add that Sabas Orellana now manages the location on 9248 South Blvd, in Charlotte, NC after leaving the Fayetteville, NC store. We literally had to take our car back to his new location to complete the work that he didn't get finished due to him relocating back to Charlotte to manage his new store. Sabas took almost another 2 months to try to fix what the Fayetteville store messed up. Even though we were in various rentals for 9 months total between his 2 stores, we felt that he devalued our car's worth from all the mistakes that were made. Our car has been worked on well over 11 different times between these two individuals (mostly by Sabas), which caused us to lose faith in the brand when they overpromised and under delivered. Keep gets better! Moving forward, after our previous incident that we recently filed with Geico on, we decided to give Caliber one more chance; and after some careful prayer and reconsideration, we are truly grateful that we met this amazing team of individuals who take pride working for the Caliber Brand. This is a team take their work extremely serious and don't mind owning up to their mistakes. We have never experienced the red carpet service until we met Phil (Center GM), Daniel Whitehouse (Service Advisor), and Louis (Tech Manager) at the South Blvd location at dropoff on January 28, 2020. They wowed us beyond our imagination to receive; in lamen terms, they went beyond the call of duty to exemplify what true customer service means in every aspect! Let's go deeper! After the immediate intake process, Daniel Whitehouse took time to make sure our vehicle was disassembled correctly. Together, Daniel and Louis were able to notice immediately that something was wrong with my paint job (previously done by Sabas O.) Daniel contacted me immediately shared his overall, combined work experience that there is either a defect in the paint or the paint job was done incorrectly on my entire front end; however, someone should've noticed this terrible job before your car was released to you previously. Daniel and Louis took some time to investigate previous invoices of work that was completed under Sabas O. and after discovering that the previous work was under warranty, they could get it warrantied out and not charged to my insurance in the new claim. Keep in mind, I filed a claim for an issue that damaged my front end and didn't have anything to do with what Daniel and Louis discovered. He could've easily worked it all in to my new claim, however, his level of integrity showed with no equivocations. Let's go deeper! After trying to replace my front end with after market parts, Daniel and Louis realized that it wouldn't work for our car, so they personally called us to make us aware that they would have to order OEM parts so that their work would be satisfying along with a great presentation of quality. They treated our car as if it was their own, which is rare in this industry. If you have never had your car fixed at a Collision center, mistakes can happen. Give yourself room and the willingness to accept if something goes wrong. When it came close to finishing our car, a tow truck scratched our car while they were finalizing the final product. Finally, after Daniel and Louis told us, we reassured them that it was ok and cared about getting it fixed. We could not have asked for a better team to work with. If we have any issues in the future, we will definitely travel 3 hours away again to do business!! It was well worth it! Pastor Dameian B., MBA and Yevette B., MSW"

"I can not say enough great things about this place and the people there. I had my 7 series BMW repaired there. Not only did they keep me up to date, they went the extra mile. Curtis was awesome. He called me when it was ready and told me he had put gas in my car AFTER a full detail. I turned my car in to the shop in North Charlotte but they said they were too busy to get to it anytime soon. I left it with a half of a tank of gas. It was at 1 mile when Curtis called me for pick up. He had his staff or maybe he did, put $10.00 worth of gas in the car to make sure I had enough to get to the gas station. I’ve had my van at a Caliber Collision before but was not pleased. This shop, and Curtis, went WELL BEYOND the expected. I hope I never have to return, never have another accident, but if I did.... I have already recommended them to my friends.
