"I was in a car accident a year ago, my car was taken to Collision Max and Abra company to have all the repairs done. My car took a direct impact to my passenger front end especially my tire area and I was hit hard. They told me my tie rod was fine didnt need to be replace. Well for regular maintenance I only take my car to Subaru either here in Cherry Hill or in FL where my father in law is a senior master tech for Subaru and has been working for Subaru for 20 plus years. Subaru noticed while changing my brakes rotors and back wheel bearings that my tie rod was indeed damaged during my accident and should have been replaced when my car was repaired and they were also concerned that the impact did damage to my cooling system from my engine being jolted on impact bc that's when I started having issues with my cooling system. When I contacted collision max about these concerns the manager not only insulted me but my father in law and all Subaru techs and said if anything jolted my engine I would not be here to tell him about bc I would be dead. So instead of arguing with a man on a ego trip my husband and I called corporate and within 3 hours the district manager contacted me. He not only apologized but he set me up with one of his other collision centers I was skeptical at first I will admit. Through start to finish the head manager over saw everything with my car. He did say there was enough damage to my tie rod and sway bar that it should have been replaced from the get go they looked into my cooling system they replaced my fans for my cooling system and personally delivered my vehicle to my front door. At the end of the day the district manager and Duogn at Caliber collision on 38 in Marlton has restored my faith in their company and I would send my friends and family to that shop as they go above and beyond to take care of their customers."

"Had a poor dealing with another company (won't go into) and I was referred to Caliber by their parent company. Caliber stood out above the rest. From the moment we dropped the car off to Don, to taking care of us after, Don and his staff were courteous and professional. They didn't just do what they said they were going to do, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was right. Great place!"
