"My car was taken here after another caliber collision failed to do the job right they had to redo most of the work the other shop had done. They were very fast with getting my car in and taken care of in under 13 days I had my car back the other shop had it for 37 days and had to take it back 3 times this shop got it done in under 12 days and it came out better then when it came off the dealership lot highly recommend this shop for any work flawless paint job and all body panels are spot on definitely will go there again"

"Went in to get my rear bumper fixed from a fender bender. Was greeted cordially despite the 7:30 AM time and felt welcomed by everyone. Everyone was super thorough about their process and what to expect. Was told it'd be a day or two to get the repairs. They even called the insurance company to get me a rental because one was never reserved for some reason. I was out the door in 30 minutes (of which the majority was waiting for the rental to show up). Got a call at 4:30 that same day that it's ready to be picked up, so that was a pleasant surprise! Everything looked great and they even gave the car a good cleaning inside and out! Definitely a good place to go!"

"We have never had such an amazing experience at a car repair shop, or any other vehicle shop. From the moment we walked in the door every staff member that crossed our path smiled and asked "how are you today". The entire staff was very courtesy and made you feel at home. Immediately James greeted us with a smile and asked how he could be of help. We explained that the running board on my 2004 Tahoe was damaged and hanging down a bit on the front right side. (we priced them to have them replaced but very expensive). Majority of places that you go these days are all about making money, not this place. James said he would be more than happy to take a look at it for us. After James took a look he said it was not going to fall off, which I thought it would. Said he would try to repair it but couldn't guarantee that it would work. Well after a bit he came out with my Tahoe and he had repaired the damage. Charges are very reasonable. James is amazing, he repaired the running board and it's not hanging down amymore, I am so Pleased and Impressed with his exceptional service. Also impressed with the cleansiness of the facility. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
