"Sometimes things don't go as expected, as was my case. However, my repair advisor Deidre Pavy was the ONE person who actually made this somewhat irritable situation doable. She was, from our first encounter, professional and demonstrated a keen sense of what needed to be done repair wise to my vehicle. When trouble arose, she knew how to intervene and accommodate my transportation needs. In the end, SHE was the pleasure to work with and the "other stuff"... well, things happen.
The "Front Desk" ladies were friendly, and the Enterprise Rental desk and personnel (and cars) were there when the need arose.
5 Stars would certainly be a stretch here, but in hindsight it wasn't all that painful.
