"I was hit by a Semi in my brand new F350. My insurance company recommended Caliber off Garden of the Gods. Brandon was assigned to my vehicle repair process. Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. He took pictures, marked all my damaged locations and ensured I fully understood the paperwork and the process of fixing my truck. The following Monday I received a phone call from Brandon letting me know that the repair process had started and we were looking at about a month for the total process. I would speak with Brandon every few days and he was also willing to let me come into the shop so I could see the progress of my repair. During the repair process I also was introduced to Shannon who was just as professional and accommodating to my questions. Neither Brandon or Shannon ever told me any information that wasn't true and they never made me feel uncomfortable. I believe they were extremally involved during the entire process. My truck had a tentative completion date of March 2nd 2020 and I actually received my truck back February 14th 2020. I had multiple people look over the vehicle and nobody could tell were any of the damage was located. Caliber Collision off Garden of the Gods is a top notch shop! If the need ever comes again that I need vehicle repairs I will definitely take my vehicle there!"

"I took my vehicle in to have repairs done from a minor accident. The staff has been amazing from start to finish! The body techs did a phenomenal job on the repairs and the painters are clearly above bar as my truck looks brand new! I can't say enough good things about this shop and the people that work there!"

"While driving after a large snowstorm, my new car was smashed by another driver. I had 4000 miles on the vehicle, and it is my baby. I was devastated! I took my car to Caliber Collision and was blown away by the service I received by Jessica. My car is an unusual color, and while awaiting my parts, Honda discovered that they had mislabeled all parts for my particular model. Not only did Jessica unearth is a nationwide problem, she solved mine! She was sensitive to my timetable, and kept me informed every step of the way. "In September 2015 we were on vacation in Jackson Hole, WY (Tetons). We were on our way back to our cabin and was meet by a grizzly bear. It ran out of the woods and hit the side of our car (front side). We didn't see it coming, was very dark, only going 35 in a 45 mile zone. The bear hit us pretty hard and messed up the whole front side of the car. We were able to duct tape it and made it home safely. We talked to our insurance company (Nationwide) and they had a plan for us. Gave us some names of some places to take our car to get it fixed. We picked Caliber Collision, we took the car over to them and was so impressed when we walked in. Everyone was so nice and helpful right away. We were assigned to Chris and the manager came out to talk to us and meet us, which was very nice. Told us they would take care of our car and make sure it was done right. They did exactly that! As they started working on it they would call us and give us updates all the time, they also would text us and keep us informed often. We are so Thankful that we choose them to handle our car. We don't have one bad thing to say about our experience with them, it was GREAT start to finish. We went to pick our car up last night and they had it all cleaned for us and did a super job at making sure everything was correct and running good. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Then I met my service advisor Jessica!! At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
