"Wow....Wow.....Wow! Is the only way I can begin this review. 10 Days ago, I went with my 88 year old father to help make sure he was selecting one of the better places (In the West Covina, Covina, La Puente and El Monte area) to have his 2013 Hyundai Sonata repaired. Upon arrival at Caliber Collision (Covina location) we were promptly and professionally greeted by a gentleman who introduced himself as Albert our Service Repair Advisor/Representative. Following that introduction, he promptly turned his attention to assessing the damage on the front of my Dad's car, while providing us with a rough ideal of what would likely be done and when all repairs could likely be completed. Both me and my Dad were impressed with the efficient manner in which Albert collaborated with the office staff and personnel to ensure all initial paperwork was properly completed. We were equally impressed with his obvious commitment to superior customer service as showcased by his professional yet personable demeanor and winning attitude. It was one of the rare experiences where Albert treated us more like actual family members than another customer he is not likely to ever see again after repairs are done. Within two days after we dropped Dad's car off, we began receiving text messages from Albert stating the status our car repairs. On day #4, he actually picked up the phone to provide us an even more detailed update. On day #8, we were given a call advised that all repairs were completed with a prediction that we would find our car restored to like "new" condition. Upon arrival to pick up dad's car, we discovered that Albert's prediction was on point. In fact, we found the car to be better than like new condition. In this day and age of technology, speed, production and numbers, it warms the heart to know that there are still companies that build their success by placing a premium on the idea of "saying what you will do...and then doing what you say". Albert, his team and his staff went the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service on the way to transforming my Dad's damaged car back to like new condition. The only way I can end a review like this is by saying: Wow....Wow....Wow!!!"

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
