"I just picked up my Nissan Rogue and I'm a 100% satisfied customer. I highly recommend this shop for all your repair needs. They have been courteous from the moment I initiated the call. The acknowledged me while I waited in the lobby and always provided me with updates. Not only that, but the repair time was very reasonable (1 week 1 day) for the amount of repairs that were needed. "My A/C condenser had been punctured when I was pulling into a parking spot recently. I took my repair need to Caliber CollIsion and they took care of it right away. I got an easy to understand quote, and when the manager walked me through it he explained the different types of replacement parts. They gave me a ride home from the garage, and in the end we went with the manufacturer's parts and the repair was done in hours. The service was excellent and they even dropped the car off after 5pm at my house on a Friday evening!"

"My car had a huge yuck factor - it appeared that a rodent had died inside the body of the car. A month of attempting to air out the car and find the the carcass myself didn't help. When I discovered my insurance considered it part of the the comprehensive package, I also discovered that Caliber was the only place in town that could deal with the problem. The were very professional and very, very thorough. Although the rodent was never found, all the signs were there. Their report caused my insurance company to total the car (yep - totaled by a mouse or rat), due to safety hazards (and cost) if it was put back together again. Originally I wasn't intending to get a new car, but now I am glad I am doing so. Thanks to the pros at Caliber Collision - Research Park location."

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
