"I stopped by after I was rear ended and unable to use my trunk. I had been to several other body shops who wouldn't even look at my car as it's a 1998 Acura. Kerry came right out and explained to me how to access the rear compartment without opening the trunk that will more then likely not close after forcing to open. I was able to retrieve my personal items thanks to his advice. "I would like to thank Caliber Collision, and in particular, Marly Luna, for how wonderfully she handled my collision case. After I was rear-ended on a Sunday, my vehicle was scheduled, by my insurance company, to be towed on the following Monday to Caliber. Marly, at Caliber, was the first one to contact me on Monday, to get the process rolling. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and I knew immediately she would be a great service rep. When my insurance company mis-managed the towing of my vehicle, Marly jumped in and solved the issue. She also spoke with her manager to be able to accommodate me and send paperwork via email and over-the-phone due to my Covid concerns, as I am caring for a high-risk individual. In short, her superb customer service made my life much easier. She was great! When my insurance company totaled my car, Marly did not "drop me". She saw me through to the end. When I needed to go in and retrieve my personal belongings from the vehicle, she had the key ready, personally showed me to my car, and arranged for Joe, who had performed the damage assessment, to come talk to me. Joe was very honest, and helped me finalize my decision that the vehicle was, indeed, a total loss. Marly also kindly followed through the last morning to make sure I did, indeed, have everything I needed out of my vehicle before they released it back to my insurance company.
