"My accident was horrific and traumatic for me. Of course I wasn't to sure how this process went because this was my first major accident. So when I arrived to this shop I was nervous. The first person I encountered when I walked in was Doug the manager. He greeted me immediately with a smile on his face and was very comforting and reassuring that everything was going to be okay. He walked me through how repairing my car would go and that gave me some peace of mind. He introduced me to my estimator too. "Upon arrival I noticed this was a very nice and clean facility. Harold Williams was my service advisor and was extremely professional, polite, and kept me informed throughout the entire process while my car was in the shop. I had some questions that I wanted to ask the Manager about. Doug H. was incredibly informative, professional, and had great customer service as well. "The manager, Doug Hutchins, went above and beyond with helping me out with my car- when I found out (from a tire shop) that I needed to get my suspension checked- due to the tread on my tires. I had no idea I had anything wrong with my car, besides needing a new tire! So, needless to say, I was in disbelief.... I chose to take my car here, since I was a customer, from the past, and was satisfied with their work then. (I was rear ended.) This time around, Doug personally oversaw my car's needs, and made sure I was aware of everything that needed to be done, every step of the way. His customer service was truly genuine and it makes one feel good, when you know you're in good hands, and you can trust what's being done to your car, and not being taken advantage of. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone and would return here, too, if the need ever arose again. Thank you, Doug!!!!"

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
