"Let me first say this isn’t my first rodeo. I want to give my man Mike and the entire Team Kudos. I do see there are some unpleasant reviews and I have read them. My review will contain some advice. My daughter who attends college there was in an accident. So, I went with our USAA preferred shop. I agree in some cases this could be a good thing or a bad thing. In my local area, many states away from GNV, the preferred body shop would file bankruptcy without the insurance companies. Their computer is an abacus..SERIOUSLY. So, I know what bad looks like. Because of this I decided to fly in and assist my daughter with the process. Prior to my flight, I made sure I communicated with my Mike at the Shop that although the initial estimate had included body damage only my daughter stated that she felt something might be wrong with her engine sensor. I immediately communicated this with Mike. I have found mechanics like doctors do the best they can and can’t read you mind and it helps “IF YOU KNOW” your ride or body. I made an appointment ahead of time and also had my insurance company direct pay the shop. Business don’t operate for free and need to order parts which I understand. My daughter dropped the car off on a Monday which was the same day I flew into GNV. I immediately went to the.shop to check the status. Unfortunately, Mike was with another customer BUT I was greeted immediately and a young man found a other person who personally checked to see if everything was on track. Unbeknownst to all parties I had already walked the outside of the body shop observing their procedures and work load. As I said before, with 3 kids and 7 vehicles this wasn’t my first Rodeo. The young lady who gave me an update assured me everything was good to go and I would receive an automated message when the vehicle was ready. The vehicle was ready 48 hours earlier than quoted. My daughter was able to pick the vehicle up and inspect it personally. What is very noteworthy is she looked shinny new after the detail process. "My daughters car was hit in a parking spot with a note on it and the other persons insurance which was Progressive called me immediately after calling their client. Very helpful and I had her take to Caliber and they were nothing but courteous and thoughtful during the time she was in a rental. Lonnie kept me updated and his concern making sure we would be completely satisfied with the work quite refreshing. I even have to give Progressive and thumbs up as their rep. called me also to keep me informed. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision location to everyone. Nice Job!!!!
