Dennis was extremely helpful, and came up with a quick and easy solution that worked perfectly. Dennis was really nice and genuinely just wanted to help me out. "It was a pleasure to bring my car to Caliber Collision for repair after it was sideswiped while parked in a parking lot. A friend, whose insurance company, USAA, had previously recommended this company for her repair, spoke very highly of their service and the quality of their work. Liberty Mutual, who was handling the claim for their insured who hit my car, indicated that this Caliber Motors location was also one that was on their list of recommended repair shops. Before making my choice of repair locations, I Yelped this Caliber Motors and found that reviewers had posted very positive comments about service representative, Mike Hatcher. I went forward with Caliber. Mike and his entire staff were terrific. Their work was excellent and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. Mike provided text updates and delivered a car that was washed, vacuumed, and looked like new. Caliber Collision, Laguna Niguel, is fortunate both to have Mike Hatcher representing their company in a management position and to have a front office staff who is cheerful, enthusiastic, and efficient!"

"Well, it wasn’t that great as before (in 2014). First of all it took 2 weeks to do simple fender damage. The car was transferred to another facility in Costa Mesa, and they used toll road while my car was on tow track so I was charged by Toll Roads while tow track also paid toll. Disappointing!"

"After being involved in an accident. I was referred to Caliber Collision by State Farm. No one likes being in an accident this is a very stressful time with many tasks added to ones schedule they would rather not be unconvinced with. Not to mention my beloved car. Jesse Amezcua and Mallory were amazing, cheerful, and accommodating. Your entire team ( I didn’t meet the people behind the scenes but they deserve mention) made my experience so pleasant and painless I almost forgot the circumstances that brought us together. With the exception of my dealings with Enterprise rental.( They could definitely benefit from some training from your service team! ) The work was done in a flash. I was reunited with my car in less than 48 hrs. and you would never know she had damaged. Jesse even changed my head lamp bulb while she was dismantled! At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
