"My story - just the facts: I was in a collision that was covered by the other driver’s insurance (StateFarm). Caliber was the first on the list of trusted providers from them, so that’s who I chose. Trae was the first person I spoke with, after going through the normal channels of phone assistants, all of which were almost instantaneous. In other words, zero wait time, maybe even a single ring on each. Within seconds of my dialing I was already setting an appointment for repair. I assumed the next conversation with Caliber would be about the next steps, but I was wrong. EVERYTHING WAS ALREADY DONE. They had been in contact with both insurance companies, scheduled my repair, ordered parts, and not only set me up with a rental - HAD THE RENTAL READY. All of this within the hours of contacting them. Fast-forward to the day of pickup, which was 2 days sooner than guaranteed, as I was returning my rental to pickup my car, another customer backs into my newly repaired ride! Without question - and without the slightest hesitation - Trae politely asked me to give him one more day with my car to return it to normal...AGAIN. I agreed and, to my surprise, the 2nd repair was done the next day. Those are some of the facts, here are some opinions and emotions: Trae is the most trustworthy agent of the highest standards and Caliber has earned my business, my appreciation, but most of all - MY TRUST. The women that answer the phones and work the front desk are as sweet and polite and knowledgable as can be. The people working on the repairs themselves are top-notch, as is evidenced by the fantastic repair work upon completion. And Trae - let me tell you, I trust Trae IMPLICITLY. So much so that I have since returned to him for business and work not based on insurance processes, but in a private pay situation. And when I tell you that this business and these people care about their customers, I mean to say that I have NEVER felt good enough with a mechanic or auto-body company to tell them my budget and have them come back to me with an estimate much lower than expected, then to deliver that same work at an even lower cost than the already much lower estimate. Because of Trae and Caliber Collision I am back on the road and feeling like I have friends in the industry. THAT IS INCREDIBLE. And this business, these people, have my trust, my praise, my business, and mu positively astounded reference that states the following: there is no better in the business than Caliber Collision Lewisville and Trae and that team. I will never take my business elsewhere - even if the cost is higher than the next place. I would gladly pay more for what I receive at my Lewisville Caliber...the thing is - I never will - because they WONT BE BEATEN! Everybody needs my Caliber Collision. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
