"I noticed one day that the driver side of my car as well as the front bumper were scraped with dents. Since the AAA insurance inspector determined that both damages were done in two different times, Carlos, the store manager recommended me to not to use the insurance to cover the repairs, since my insurance deductible was large. In fact, the overall repairs that included the change of the entire front bumper and repairs & repainting of the rest of the car cost me only a slightly more than the cost of the two deductibles, i.e., it would have cost me a huge increase in my insurance premium in the future if I had used my insurance to cover these repairs for a very small amount of saving. Yes, they, including the receptionist who arranged a rent-a car, the repair coordinator and the overall manager are very professional and friendly. Of course, my old 2014 Camry Hybrid now looks like a brand new car!! I recommend this body shop to anyone !!. Henry N."

I am a retired woman whose car was hit by a driver blaming me for hitting the front of his car with my driver's side door (yeah, right) ... so no collision insurance coverage on my 2002 Camry -- I could not open the driver side door from the outside -- Louis took my car into the shop & was able to make it so that I could open the door without having to replace it + he did not charge me for making that happen !!!
