"I've taken my car into caliber collision on riverside drive twice in less than a year for accident repairs and both times have been the best experience I have had at any auto repair shop. The girls at the front desk were great, whether I talked with Stephanie or Jennifer they were very helpful very polite and just overall professional when I came into the office or called. Jack was great about keeping me updated on everything that was going on with my car and any changes that happen on a regular basis and Orlando who worked on my car both times did an amazing job in a very reasonable time frame,he really is a master at his profession. "I 100% would recommend Caliber Collision and Ryan to a friend or family member. This was my first time at a shop getting my car fixed and it surpassed my expectations. Ryan went above and beyond to take car of my car and communicate with me each step of the process. I never felt out of the loop or not in the know. "This is the second time I have taken my car to Caliber Collision to get fixed. They did such an amazing job the first time, that once my car got hit again, I knew exactly where to take it to get fixed. I am leasing my car, and so when it gets work done, it needs to be perfect. My car looks like I just bought it from the dealership! Jack was my mechanic and he was super informative, always gave me updates on the process of completing my car, and did an incredible job with the repairs. He was friendly, responsive, and very understanding. They have a great team here at this location. The ladies and the front desk are also super sweet, and the manager John was kind enough to help me out with a question I had concerning a fee the other insurance company was trying to overcharge me. He was very helpful and completely resolved the situation. This is an example of superior customer service that should be enforced everywhere. Thank you for all your help!"

"I've had the good fortune of not being involved in an auto accident these past 25 plus years. That streak recently ended with my Prius (I was not at fault). I was guided to Caliber Collision by the other insurance company for my repairs. They performed above and beyond my expectations, and, in particular, Alex. He was very friendly, professional and calmly and thoroughly answered all my questions, and I had many. He kept me apprised at each step in the repair process. The fact Caliber also has an Enterprise Car Rental office there on site was as great plus, making dropping off my car and picking up a rental at the same place and time so much easier. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
