"I could not have asked for a more reliable and transparent body shop. Elkin made sure we were a priority, regularly checked in with repair updates, always took his time to address repair details and questions, and never rushed a single phone call. Any time I called, he made sure to return that call as soon as possible. Most importantly, our car looks spotless! The employees at the shop are extremely military friendly. The manager and Elkin made an exception to deliver the car to our home knowing my husband is deployed so as to have one less thing to worry about. They even went as far as filling the tank with gas for me. Thank you guys so much for this unexpected kind gesture! I hope we never need you guys again because of the unfortunate circumstances, but if we do, we know who to call."

"I took my new truck in, due to vandalism, and Caliber Collision of Matthews was exceptional. Alyssa, at the front desk, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, Kayla (my service writer) was great but the Manager, Jeff, was incredible!!! He took the time to explain every step and detail of the repair. Every time I showed up (un-announced) Jeff came out of his office to take the time to talk to me. The Ford factory parts they ordered were not up to his standards and they sent back 3 doors to the factory before they installed the final one that met their standard. Jeff called me each time a "bad" door came in and had me look at it. His body tech, Mike, insisted that I look at the replacement door. Honestly, I didn't see anything wrong with any of them but Jeff insisted he order a new door. That is what is known as having the customers interest in mind. The paint was also factory perfect. I don't want to have to take any of my vehicles to a body shop but if I do, it will be Caliber Collision of Matthews. The Team mentioned above, sets the standard for body shop personnel !!!!"

"This is the first five star review I have given a collision center. Ever. I arrived five minutes early for my appointment and was greeted warmly by the receptionist and checked in immediately. Within a couple of minutes the manager, Jeff Obert, came out and introduced himself and explained to me what he was going to do. The estimate was thorough and all my questions were answered. The fresh popped popcorn I had while waiting in the reception area was delicious! :) What a great idea! I was in and out within 45 minutes. I will definitely be having my repairs done here. Totally professional and the most thorough and fair quote I received. Thanks!"

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
