"My son was coming home from Knott's and got into an accident. This was the closest repair shop for our insurance to tow the car to late at night since he was about 25 miles north of home. We opted to have the repairs done at this location and couldn't be happier. They called first thing in the morning, we left the key in the overnight box, and got an estimate done quickly. Our service technician, Ryan, kept us consistently updated and they had the car finished three days ahead of schedule. It looks better than it did before the accident! Excellent customer service and fantastic work! Definitely would recommend this shop!"

"Chalmers, Caliber Collision's General Manager goes above and beyond to make sure you're totally confident and comfortable with the service provided by their quality staff. My vehicle was hit on Thanksgiving Day with my entire family in my jeep. We were all ok, someone ran a stop sign. I called spoke to both Vanessa and Gladys who were so helpful and kind. They really make your 1st impression of Caliber Collision at 2541 East La Palma, in North Anaheim a pleasant one. I dealt with Paul and Tony who who contacted me regularly to keep me updated! Knowing I took my vehicle 2013 Grand Cherokee to a auto body shop which was not listed through my insurance made me a bit hesitant due to warranty and stuff. Premier Jeep, George San Martins service manager recommended Caliber and suggested I go there. I did! I am so happy. I will not mention my insurance company because the other party had same insurance therefore no one was pulling in our corner to get things moving. We have switched companies after being loyal to the other for 17 years. Chalmers was persistent in dealing with my insurance to get things done correctly! At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
