"Just brought my car to the Caliber Collision shop in Oceanside to fix a paint-job gone wrong from a year ago that was done under different management. I've been really busy this last year with school, work, and my business so I was hesitant to bring my car in after a year to talk about the discolored paint job they gave me. After arriving I had someone immediately look at my car and inform me that they would have the store manager contact me as soon as possible. That next morning Alma the store manager reached out to assure me that they would repaint my car and match the color like they should have done a year ago during the original repair. I've never witnessed a store manager so involved in the repair process of a vehicle. In addition to her bold, yet pleasing personality, I could tell she was passionate about what she does and that was not only moving, but also ensured that my car would be in good hands. Not only did Alma and the caliber collision team make my car look amazing, but she also took the time to educate me on the paint job of my car and inform me of some things that I never would have known had she not talked to me about them. "My vehicle was hit while parked at work. I was devastated. My insurance agent through AAA sent me out and squeezed me in the very next day. Caliber totally accepted me as some what of a walk-in, and the girls in the front were very professional and exceptionally nice. All staff was great. They Took any spare time they had to spend with me, and my situation to get the ball rolling on my repairs.Scott Campbell was my service tech and he was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and proactive. He made this job seem so easy, I was so comfortable and confident leaving my vehicle with him. he made sure to follow up with me throughout the entire repair, which was also very comforting. In the end my car was done four whole days earlier than expected due date and the outcome is completely unnoticeable that my car (which I absolutely love and adore) had been under any distress. I'm absolutely happy with my outcome and results and the customer service all around is exceptional. They've exceeded my expectations in a stressful situation. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
