"Some rats got into my engine and chewed up enough wiring as to render my car unusable. My insurance co referred me to Caliber Collision. I was wary of going to Caliber because they're a body shop and my problem was in the engine. "I recently took my vehicle to Caliber Collision in Paso Robles CA. I was hesitant because the local shop had been acquired by a national chain - Caliber Collision - however, it was the recommended shop by my insurance company. I had 3 claims for minor damage and the repair advisor recommended using a 3rd party for two of them to save both me and my insurance company money. Not only did I take his advice, he set up the 3rd party repairs in their shop and he managed the entire process saving me the headaches of chasing another company to get the vehicle fully repaired. "Took my truck in as I had an incident and wasn't sure if there was hidden damage. They got me in first thing Monday morning (I stopped by Friday) for an inspection. Everybody I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and made me feel important even though I wasn't going to spend a bunch of money. They called when they said they would and told me my truck was fine, but they made some adjustments so my bumpers were properly aligned. They restored my peace of mind. Awesome folks, they'll definitely be the ones I call should I have reason to."

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
